Lewis and Clark Blend

• Med/Dark roast South American, Central American, and African coffees.
• The Lewis & Clark blend is a hearty, adventurous blend that bosts bold flavor without any extreme varietal tendencies. Roasted together to a med/dark roast, this coffee has a mild acidicy and some fruity notes to it.

Breakfast Blend

• Med/Dark roast blend of coffees from South America, Indonesia, and Central America.
• Our Breakfast Blend of coffees is a blend of South American, Indonesian, and Central American coffees roasted together to a med/dark roast.  The fragrance of this blend is sweet and the body of this blend is heavy and bold.  What a wonderful coffee for 6:00 am when breakfast hits the table!

Private Label Blend

• Our Private Label Blend is perfect for the enteprenuer who wants their own personalized label.
• Private Label Blend is composed of a med/dark roasted African coffee along with its light roasted Indonesian counterpart.  This blend is very well balanced and is desired by most.

House Blend

• Med/Dark Roast of South American and Indonesian Coffees.
• Our House Blend is used for both Espresso and Drip applications.  Roasted to a Med/Dark Roast, this coffee is abounding with richness, full flavor, full body, and smooth to the last drop.  This bolder blend is great for lattes and milk-based drinks, or just a rich, bold cup of coffee.

Missouri River Roast

• Light and Dark roast Indonesian Coffee.
• Missouri River roast is a well balanced mix of a light and dark roast Indonesian coffee that offers the body of a dark roast and the flavor of a light roast, with a wonderful sweetness.

Dakota Roast

• Mix of a light and dark roast South American coffee.
• The Dakota Roast is a wonderful balance of both a light and dark roast South American coffee that offers a well rounded cup in the end.  It offers body without sacrificing flavor, which is exactly what we like in North Dakota.

Northern Light Roast

• Cinnamon Roast Central American Coffee
• Northern Light roast is a Central American coffee that is roasted to a cinnamon roast, the lightest roast possible.  It offers a wonderful acidicy and the great flavor of a light roast.
