Did You Know?

     Water is the first key ingredient in your coffee?  The majority of your coffee is water.  Follow these simple steps to consistently good coffee.

  1. Start with Good Filtered or Spring Water.  Bad Water = Bad Coffee
  2. Fresh Roasted Coffee from Red Roaster Coffee Co. at 1717 S. Broadway Minot
  3. Use a Burr Grinder and grind your coffee right before you make it
  4. Use a good coffee maker with a coffee reservoir that will keep your water at 198°
  5. Don't let your coffee sit on the burner for more than 5 minutes after brewing
  6. Pour your coffee into a carafe or a glass lined pump pot (available at Red Roaster)
