Did You Know?
Water is the first key ingredient in your coffee? The majority of your coffee is water. Follow these simple steps to consistently good coffee.
- Start with Good Filtered or Spring Water. Bad Water = Bad Coffee
- Fresh Roasted Coffee from Red Roaster Coffee Co. at 1717 S. Broadway Minot
- Use a Burr Grinder and grind your coffee right before you make it
- Use a good coffee maker with a coffee reservoir that will keep your water at 198°
- Don't let your coffee sit on the burner for more than 5 minutes after brewing
- Pour your coffee into a carafe or a glass lined pump pot (available at Red Roaster)
